From tracking Chennai's public buses in real time to building rental and e-commerce platforms, I learned how products are designed, built, and shipped in the real world. Looking back, this is where my builder mindset was born.

We started by creating a School ERP platform and personally visiting schools to pitch the product. While the product journey taught me valuable lessons about market fit, the business eventually evolved into a software services company serving clients worldwide. Over the next three years, I built a 12-member team, scaled the company into six figures, and experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship. More than anything else in my career, this chapter shaped how I think about products, people, and business.
