Skillsgrow was an ambitious online learning startup aimed at providing comprehensive skill development courses. The project was discontinued due to funding challenges.

My Role: • Led as Front End Developer responsible for the entire Angular 4/5 application • Gained full-stack exposure by working on NodeJS REST API development using Express and MongoDB • Managed a remote team of 4 developers, handling project management and coordination • Built course catalog, video player, progress tracking, and assessment features • Implemented student dashboard and learning analytics • Developed instructor portal for course creation and management • Created responsive UI components for seamless learning experience across devices • Established development workflows and coding standards for the team • Coordinated sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes

Project Status: The startup was shut down due to inability to secure additional funding. This experience was crucial in developing my leadership skills, full-stack capabilities, and understanding the challenges of EdTech startups.
